"Throughout my career, having being in the design world since 2002, and working alongside a vast range of companies and brands myself, it came to my attention that there was a continued failing of brand excellence, due to so many individuals trying to "do it themselves" or hiring the wrong people to do their in-house design and marketing, not realising the negative impact that this was causing on their brand overall.

This is what steered my drive to be able to bring back an understanding to the world of "Bad design, marketing and behaviours" that cause problems for so many brands, both large and small. I wanted to change the culture from being so flippant about the importance of good brand marketing, and remove the stigma that's been created whereby people have come to believe that design, brand message consistency and customer service is not important in relation to brand success, I'm here to tell you it sure is, and every single bit of it matters!

I have the benefit of being able to work on a one-to-one basis in order to give companies the help and guidance they are looking for, to get the right image for their target audience, in order to ensure customers stay with them for longer and create brand loyalty."
